Additional Drivers<\/h2>\n

All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid photo driver’s license. If you are under the age of 25<\/strong> there is a young driver fee of $20\/day + tax<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All policies that apply to the primary driver will also apply to the additional drivers. The first driver is included and any additional driver is $5\/per trip, plus tax. There is a maximum of 4 drivers allowed per reservation.<\/p>\n

Age Requirements<\/h2>\n

Renter must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and major credit card in his\/her own name.<\/p>\n

Payment Rules<\/h2>\n

You may book on our website and pay with any major credit card. If you’re using a foreign credit card you may need to call your issuing bank or credit card customer service to approve the charge before it will successfully process.<\/p>\n

We require documentation of auto insurance that will cover your rental vehicle. The document must show the name of insured drivers, effective dates over your rental period, insurance company name and the policy number.<\/p>\n

If you do not meet our insurance requirements you can purchase a third-party insurance like rentalcover.com which offers a collision damage waiver and supplemental liability insurance.<\/p>\n

To honor the reservation, all prices are final after booking. We don’t allow further discounts after the rental reservation is made. Note: During the holiday season, a one (1) week notice is required to cancel for refund.<\/strong> You may also be subject to paying additional credit card processing fees. There is a $100 cancellation fee and $50 rebooking fee for shortening your trip.<\/p>\n

Cancellation & Adjusting Trips<\/h2>\n

There is a $100 cancellation fee and $50 rebooking fee for shortening your trip. If you cancel your reservation at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of its scheduled start time you will receive a full refund less the $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance we cannot guarantee a refund, but we will refund you depending upon the same vehicle booking over your cancelled rental period. There is no fee for adjusting dates and keeping the trip length the same as long as it’s requested at least 3 days in advance.<\/p>\n

Note: During the holiday season, a (1) week notice is required to cancel for refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Driver’s License<\/h2>\n

Drivers must have a valid driver’s license at the time of rental. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period. International renters require a driver’s license with photo ID on it from your home country of residence.<\/p>\n

Early Return<\/h2>\n

Vehicles are rented on a daily (24 hour) basis. Any rental of less than 24 hours will be charged a full day’s rate.<\/p>\n

Equipment<\/h2>\n

Available equipment includes: Child Booster Seat, Beach Umbrella, Tommy Bahama Beach Chair\/backpack\/cooler combo, Boogie Board, and 30 Quart Cooler.<\/p>\n

Fuel<\/h2>\n

Prepay Fuel Option (Buy a Tank):<\/strong> $150 for all vehicles excluding the Grand Cherokee ($175). Vehicle is rented with a full tank. You may purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the rental with fuel at any level. There will be no credit issued for unused fuel.<\/p>\n

Fuel Service Option (We Fill the Tank):<\/strong> Vehicle is rented with a full tank. You may return the rental full to avoid a charge, or we will refuel the vehicle based on the level of the tank. A refueling service fee of $20 will be charged.<\/p>\n

Insurance<\/h2>\n

We require documentation of auto insurance that will cover your rental vehicle. The document must show the name of insured drivers, effective dates over your rental period, insurance company name and the policy number. See our Rental\/Loaner Terms and Conditions<\/a> for full details.<\/p>\n

Mileage<\/h2>\n

Rate comes with unlimited mileage per trip.<\/p>\n

Overstay<\/h2>\n

If the vehicle is not returned on the date and time agreed upon at the time of reservation, all special rates will be charged at the regular rate with an additional late penalty. You must contact us immediately if there’s any issue with returning the vehicle on the agreed upon date, time and location. If you do not respond to us in email, phone or text and do not show up to return the vehicle as agreed we will report it as stolen to the police.<\/p>\n

Reservation Hold Time<\/h2>\n

If you have a change in travel plans and cannot make it to your scheduled vehicle pick up time and location please contact us ASAP. We will hold the vehicle for you for 4 hours. If we still haven’t heard from you 3 hours after your scheduled trip start time then you will be considered a no-show and we may not be able to honor your reservation. You may also provide us with your flight information so we can track if your flight is running late.<\/p>\n

Pets<\/h2>\n

Absolutely no non-human creatures or pets are permitted in our rental vehicles.<\/p>\n

Smoking<\/h2>\n

All vehicles are non-smoking. If smoking residue, debris or scent is left in the vehicle when you return it you will be charged a significant cleaning fee. Do not smoke anything in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
